We discussed timelines and we will not be ready to assess unit until roughly 9/11. The first referrals to RtI will happen after that assessment.
We discussed the possibility of assessing common core practice standard 3 district wide, as Algebra 1 is beginning to do this year.

PG PLT Meeting 8/19/15
RtI is intended for those needing extra help, not those who are trying to avoid taking responsibility. So we will only assign those who are taking responsibility.
Test retake scores will be replace the original if all homework has been handed in, if not the scores are averaged.
We reviewed our benchmarks and smart goals from last year.
We discussed our building goals.
We decided to give cumulative quizzes periodically throughout the year to assess if students are retaining knowledge. These will be created during PLT time. They will be counted as quiz grades.

PG PLT Meeting 6/3/2015
We discussed the final exam and how we will implement it. Students will be given a formula sheet and property chart on the day of the test. A copy of it may be given to them early for them to get used to.
